Cooking studies in Israel were followed by an apprenticeship in Paris. I’ve Worked in some of the best restaurants in Israel, the last of which was the "Golden Apple" with Aharoni and Roshfeld as sous-chef. I’ve retired from professional cooking many years ago but still dream about it.
Served in the Israeli Navy Submarines and switched to a submarine cook role
I'm Swimming with Water World Masters for 8 years, around 5 times per week.
When not cooking, swimming or sailing, I’m running a small software company, enjoying sculpting and pottery, married to Yael and father of three boys, a Labrador and four stray cats.
